HEAVY-DUTY FORGING CAPABILITIES

Through our advanced manufacturing facilities, we produce superior quality forged products ranging from 100 to 10,000 kilograms. We have at our disposal, a 10MT steam forging hammer, a 1250-ton press forging machine, as well as preheating furnaces and heat treatment furnaces.

Our forging facility has the full capability to produce top quality, precision forged products.

PRECISE HEAT TREATMENT

Utilizing three Heat Treatment furnaces, we ensure best quality and best performance through the heat treatment and the machining process.

ENHANCED MATERIAL PERFORMANCE

Heat treating is done in three advanced heat treating furnaces, each with precise temperature controls. This process will improve the quality of the material and enhance the mechanical properties for best performance and durability.

Types of Forging

STC offers forging services that use a variety of methods to create custom shaped, durable metal parts. These methods include closed-die forging, open-die forging, and roll forging.

Open Die Forging
